I'm Charles Russell Stockdale. I survived a major heart attack in 2008 at the age of 56. My hubpage about that traumatic event should interest anyone wishing to avoid ever having a heart attack, or the drugs and/or surgery if you do survive one.

My cardiologist completely disowned me because I chose "alternative" treatment. Five years later, however, as you can see from my photo, I remain in good health. I don't even catch colds ;-)
